Use this window to find training courses matching the employee's competency requirement. The upper pane in this window lists the competency gaps for a selected employee. The competency requirement can be compared either with employee's current primary job assignment, current secondary job assignments or the next planned job assignment.
Note: You can only update the employee competency level if the employee has already attended and passed all mandatory course(s) for the specified competency group and competency element.
