Use this tab window to register all of your entertainment expenses. The main window contains three tabs:
Guest Details,
Entertainment Expense and
Generated Entertainment
Expense.
In the Entertainment Expense tab, you can register entertainment expenses for a particular expense ID. Expenses are automatically calculated in the
Generated Entertainment Expense tab, depending on how the
expense rules is set up in the system.
In the
Guest Details tab, you can attach an agenda to a particular expense. You can also register the basic data for guest details. There can be several guest lists for one expense ID, and there can be several guests on one guest
list.
