Using Personal Messages
Explanation
Personal Messages are distributed via Events and you view your Personal
messages via My Administration/Personal Messages. There are two types of
messages:
- Message as a result of an event. Events may be configured to send a
Personal Message once an action has been executed
- Message as a result of a subscription. Events may be set up to allow
subscriptions of a message when the event has been executed. You define
which events you want to subscribe to via
Use Subscriptions.
The events are usually configured by the System Administrator, Read more
about how to generate Personal Messages in the Technical Documentation.
