Use this tab to define fault causes. Fault causes are used to describe why a serial fault occurred and is useful when a serial fault is found as a result of a reported vehicle fault. Fault causes can be registered, viewed, edited, and deleted in this tab. Once the fault cause is defined, it is automatically transferred to the Causes tab in the Maintenance Basic Data window.
Examples of fault causes include:
Fault Cause | Description |
COR | Corrosion |
SC | Short Circuit |
BS | Bird Strike |
COL | Collision |
N/A | Not Applicable |
