Reset Status of Purchase Requisition Header or Line to Planned

Explanation

Use this activity to change the status of a released purchase requisition or requisition line to Planned.

Prerequisites

The purchase requisition or requisition line must have Released status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the purchase requisition or requisition line is demoted from Released to Planned status.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to demote a requisition line to Planned:

1. Open the Prepare Work Order window and query for the applicable work order number.
2. Click the Requisitions tab and query for the applicable purchase requisition number.
3. Click the Part Requisition Lines or the No-Part Requisition Lines tab and select the requisition line to be demoted. If required, you can also select several lines.
4. Right-click and then click Change to Planned. The status of the line is changed back to Planned.

Use the following procedure to demote an entire requisition to Planned:

1. Click in the header of the Requisitions tab.
2. Right-click and then click Change to Planned. The status of the header and all lines is changed to Planned.
