Search For and Allocate Employees
Explanation
Use this activity to search for and allocate employees
to the operations planned on a work order.
Note: If the work order is scheduled using IFS/CBS,
resources will be allocated automatically.
Prerequisites
Operation lines should exist on the relevant work order to perform this activity.
System Effects
As a result of this activity one or more employees will
be allocated to an operation.
- If the number of planned men = 1 on the operation
and previous allocations do not exist, the person will be allocated directly on
the operation on the upper part of the
Prepare Work Order/Operations
tab.
- If the number of planned men is greater than one
and no allocations exist, the employees will be displayed on the lower
section of the
Prepare Work Order/Operations tab.
- If one or more employees exist on
the lower section of the
Prepare Work Order/Operations tab, any new
allocations will be added along with this.
- If a signature exists on the operation on the upper section of the
Prepare Work Order/Operations
tab, this
allocation will be moved down to the lower part.
