Enter Object

Explanation

Use this activity to link an equipment object to the current service request.  

Prerequisites

Before the object information is linked to the service request, the following must have been completed:

• The object must exist in IFS/Equipment.
• The current service request must have been retrieved in the window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, an equipment object is linked to the service request. You can enter additional information on the service request.

1. In the Object ID field, use List of Values to select a suitable value.
