Prerequisites

Before the quotation is printed, the following must have been completed:

• The current work order quotation must have been retrieved in the window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the status for the quotation is set to 'Printed'.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to print a quotation:

1. Alt. A: Select the Preview Quotation operation. The quotation is displayed on screen. Use the Print button to print the quotation.
2. Alt. B: Select the Print Quotation and Change Status operation. The quotation is printed.
