Emergency Schedules

[To Administer Schedules and Rules] [About Emergency Service Schedule]

Usage

The emergency service schedule lets you define the additional pay connected to an emergency service duty. The emergency service schedule is built up in the same way as the cycle schedule, i.e., using a cycle that is 'rolled out' in the calendar from a specified starting date. The 'roll-out' works both back in time as well as ahead in time.

Use this window to enter the necessary emergency schedules. When the record is saved to the database, the cycle is created automatically. The cycle length depends on the entered cycle start and end dates, but is normally 7 days starting at a Monday or Sunday. The emergency schedule cycle contains a reference to the emergency type. This, in turn, defines how each day will be compensated in terms of wage codes for relevant time intervals. Exceptions from the standard cycle are registered in a substitution emergency schedule linked to the ordinary emergency schedule.
