Increment Schedules

[To Administer Schedules and Rules] [About Increment Schedule]

Usage

The increment schedule defines the additional payments beyond the overtime found in the day type. Examples are 'additional payment for shift work', 'additional payment for inconvenient working hours', 'additional payment for appearance'. You should carefully consider which supplements must be defined in the Schedules and Rules module and which must be defined in the Payroll system.

The building blocks for the increment schedule are similar to the day schedule. You can define increment types, cycle increment schedules, and substitution increment schedules.

Use this window to create an increment schedule. The increment schedule contains a reference to increment types (added in the Increment Schedule Cycle), which in turn defines how the day is made up by increment wage codes (Increment Type). This window is also used to link a substitute increment schedule to an increment schedule.
