Employee Scheduling/Deviation Days
Usage
In this window, you can enter personal deviation
information on specific dates. This applies to both absence and switching day types
or the working hours sum on the selected date. 
If the deviation is used for switching day types on certain dates, you fill in
 Account Date and  Day Type.  
Planned absence can be scheduled with either number of hours per day or by using start and end times for the selected date. You
can have both a switch in day types and a planned absence registered on the same
date. 
Number of hours per day: If the deviation is referring to a planned absence,
e.g., parental leave, and no day type switch is required, you fill in
 Account Date, Absence Hours, and  Absence Wage Code. Note: You cannot fill in
 Absence From Day, Absence From Time, Absence To Day, and  Absence To
Time when using this option.
Start and End times: If the deviation is referring to a planned absence,
e.g., parental leave, and no day type switch is required, you fill in  Account Date, Absence From Day, Absence
From Time, Absence To Day, Absence To Time, and
 Absence Wage Code. Note: You cannot fill in the  Absence Hours when using this option.
The
following options are available from the right mouse button menu:

    New Employee Deviation Cycle -  Use this option to create a deviation schedule cycle for the
    selected employee.

    Employee Deviation Cycle - 
    This is where you can see the results of what was created in the New
    Employee Deviation Cycle window and make changes to the deviation schedule
    cycle.

    Employee Schedule Compliance Comparison... - Use this option to check if the schedule complies to working time directives.
