Create Media Item

Explanation

This activity is used to create new media items using the Media Item window.

As a result of this activity, a new media item will be created.

Procedure

1. Open the Media Item window and create a new record.
2. Enter values for Name, Description fields.
3. Select the value for Media Item Type field from the available options.
4. Save the record.
5. Click Browse to locate the image/text file.
6. Locate the relevant file and click Open. The media item will now be saved in the library.

Note: If the Media Item Type is Text, then you also able to manually enter the content. Media items can also be created though the Media Library Manager window.
