Use this portlet to view absence requests registered by subordinate employees and to approve the requests.
No setup is required before you use this portlet for the first time, except your personal customizations (see below).
This portlet displays your search results in table format.
The following items appear in the search results:
Emp ID: The ID of the subordinate employee.
Request ID: The request ID which was automatically generated when the absence request was created for the employee.
Absence Type ID: The absence type used for the absence request.
Plan ID: If the request was automatically created through an absence plan, the absence plan ID shows in this field.
Date From: The start date of the requested absence duration.
Date To: The end date of the requested absence duration.
Status: Shows whether the absence request is in Registered, Confirmed or Approved status.
Using the Customize page, you can define search criteria and customize the layout of your portlet.
The following search criteria are available in this portlet:
Year to Display: The year to which the absence requests shown in the portlet should belong.
Absence Type ID: The absence type used for the absence requests which should show in the portlet.
Organization Code: The organization code of the employees who should show in the portlet.
Show Plans in State: The status of the absence requests which should be shown in the portlet.
The following layout options are available in this portlet:
Portlet name: The name that appears at the top of this portlet. You can change this name to one of your choosing.
Max rows to display: The maximum number of rows displayed in the portlet. When you minimize the portlet, the number of matched records appears next to the portlet name.
Sort by: The order in which the absence request information should be sorted in the portlet table.
