Use this tab window to reserve a trainer for the training event. Double booking is possible for both a Main Trainer and a Assistant Trainer, but the system will prompt the user with a warning message when a double booking is being made.
The following option is available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:
The system provides the tree structure for all registered offered courses in the specific training event. This tree structure is available in the left side of this window tab.
Note: The system will automatically append the teaching history of the trainer (Trainer/Teaching History) when the Training Event status is Completed. When the training event contains more than one course, a history of all event data for each trainer is available on the Offered Courses tab.
