Report Time on Case or Task
Explanation
This activity is used to report the time taken for work 
done on cases or tasks. If IFS/Project is installed in the database, the 
reported time will be updated to the connected customer project. Invoicing of this 
time will be possible through the customer project if you set the case or task 
to Invoiceable. 
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, the case or task must have already 
been created. 
System Effects
If IFS/Project is installed in the database, the 
Project Time Registration/Day tab will be updated as a result of this activity.

Procedure
	- Open the 
	Case or 
	Task 
	window and query for the relevant record.
- Right-click on the 
	Case or 
	Task window (or after selecting the task on the 
	Case/Tasks 
	tab) and click Time Reporting. The 
	Case Time Report 
	window is opened.
- The Item Type field will be filled 
	according to how you accessed the dialog box. You can change it if 
	necessary.
- If reporting time for a task, modify the value for the Task ID 
	field if necessary.
- Optionally, modify the value in the User ID 
	or Employee ID field.
- Enter a value in the Hours field.
- Optionally enter/select data in the Report Code,
	Account Date, Project ID, Internal Comments, 
	Invoiceable and Invoice Comments fields.
