Usage

Use this window to view and modify task details. A task is an activity that has to be performed to complete the case. A case could have one or more tasks. A number of operations can be performed using the right mouse button options. You can view details of the case which the task is attached to, enter contact notes, send e-mail messages to contacts, create and view global solutions and create and view handover references. Also, it is possible to dispatch, accept, reject, complete, close, cancel and reopen the task. These operations automatically set the task status.
