Setup the Site to Perform Multilevel Repair

Explanation

This activity is used to setup a site to be able to perform multilevel repair. This is used as the default setting when creating a repair shop order for a multilevel tracked part. The setup can be toggled at any time and has effect on repair shop orders when they are created.

System Effects

Repair shop orders created in the site are marked as multilevel repair for the multilevel tracked parts. This applies only when the Lot Size of the shop order is 1 for serialized parts.

Procedure

1. Open the Site window and search for your site.
2. Click the Extended Site Info/Manufacturing tab.
3. Select the Create Multilevel Repair Shop Orders check box.
4. Save.
