This function is to be used only when a user have need to get access to protected persons. All persons needed to be protected, must first be entered in the Persons window in the Organization component. When a person is protected, then ordinary users can only see the identity but not addresses or communication methods. A user having his/hers user ID, (the ID you use when logging on to IFS Applications), defined in this window will however have that ability. If no persons are protected, then there is no need to enter anything in this window.
Before entering a user here, you first have to ensure that there are some protected persons added in the Persons window.
As a result of entering users here, you are able to get access to persons entered as protected in the Persons window.
