Access to Protected Persons
Usage
Use this window to enter information on protected persons. A protected person is someone who must be entered in the system, but his/her address and telephone numbers must be kept confidential. In the windows Person or Persons, you establish a person with protected status by checking a checkbox. When a person is protected, ordinary users can only see the identity but not addresses or communication methods. A user with his/her user ID defined in this window will, however, have that ability. If no persons are protected, then there is no need to enter anything in this window.
