Copy Functions from Project Product

Explanation

Use the menu option Copy Functions from Project to copy all functions and function structure from another delivery project. All functions on the lowest level can have connected parts. These connections will NOT be copied. (When copying a project, including a project product structure, it is possible to also copy the connections between the functions and parts. See Copy Project Plan for more information.)

Prerequisites

None.

System Effects

• Functions and Function Structures are copied from the specified delivery project.
• All Document References are copied.
• All Characteristics are copied.

Procedure

1. Select the menu option Copy Functions from Project to display the Copy Functions dialog box.
2. Specify the delivery project from which to copy and click OK.
