Give User Access to Employees in Other HR Company

Explanation

Use this function to give users access to employees in other companies than the 'home' company. Normally this is given to HR personnel employed in one company but administering employees in other companies within the group. By connecting the user to a position ID in this other company, the user will get access to the employees as defined by the position access in this company.

Note! If the user is set to "HR Application Manager", the position access is overruled in all the accessible companies. The user then have access to all employees in those companies.  

Prerequisites

• The user also need general access to the companies. This is defined in the Users per Company window. In this window you define the companies that will show up in the Company list box in, e.g., the Change Company function.
• In order to modify details of HR Application Managers using this tab, the login user is also required to have HR Application Manager rights.

System Effects

The user will get access according to the position access definition in the specified companies.
