Use this window to give a user access to employees in other companies than the 'home' company. The access to other companies for users with HR Application Manager rights can only be modified by users who already have HR Application Manager rights. The access is defined by connecting the user to a Position ID in the 'other' company. The accessible employees are controlled via the position access defined in the 'other' company.
Note: To get access to a company in order to select it in the Change Company function, you must link the user to the company in the Users Per Company window. The company you set as the default company will be the company entered when the user is login in.
