Define Competency Level Ability

Explanation

Use this function to define the abilities that must be acquired to satisfy a Competency Element Level.

1. Populate the window, then select a Competency Group Name, a Competency Element Name, and a Competency Level.
2. Tab down into the tab window, and specify an Ability.
3. Save.
