Start Scheduling Client

Explanation

Use this activity to start the scheduling client. This enables you to reschedule the operations using the drag-and-drop functions.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that a site connected to a Scheduling Server must exist.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the system reschedules the selected operations.

Procedure

1. In the Site field, specify for which site you want to reschedule operations. Use List to select from the available sites.
2. In the Time Limit field, specify how long you need to use the scheduling client.
3. Specify whether the system should first update the material availability profile.
4. Click OK. This updates the material availability profile, if specified, and starts the scheduling client.
