Void Fault Action
Explanation
This activity is used to void a fault action that has, 
for instance, being entered incorrectly.
Prerequisites
	- A valid fault with connected fault actions must 
	exist.
- If the fault action was reported against a fault 
	on a flight log, the flight log must be in the Open status.
System Effects
	- Invalid fault actions are voided and will no longer be considered valid.
- The Voided check box is selected on the 
	voided record and the Voiding Information field displays the 
	voiding information you entered.
- It is not possible to reverse the voiding process.

Void Fault Action - Dialog Box
Procedure
Use this procedure to void a fault action that has been 
reported on a flight log:
	- Open the Flight Log window and 
	populate (F2) or query (F3) for your flight log number and/or serial.
- Click the Fault tab and select the 
	relevant fault number from the Fault Number list.
- In the table of the window select the fault action 
	record that is to be voided.
- Right-click and click Void Fault Action. 
	The Void Fault Action dialog box opens.
- In the Voiding Information field, enter the 
	reason for voiding the fault action.
- Click OK.
Follow this procedure to void a fault action from the
Serial Operational Information window:
	- Open the Serial Operational Information 
	window and populate (F2) or query (F3) for your serial.
- Click the Fault tab and select the relevant fault number from the 
	Fault Number list.
- Click the Fault Actions tab and 
	select the fault action that is to be voided.
- Right-click and click Void Fault Action. 
	The Void Fault Action dialog box opens.
- In the Voiding Information field, enter the 
	reason for voiding the fault action.
- Click OK.
