Usage

Use this tab to connect an employee to a position or view existing position assignments. The position assignment is date controlled, making the information valid during a particular time period or until further notice. If an employee isn't connected to a position, he/she won't be accessible in the system to any user but HR Managers (defined as such by the HR Application Manager flag in the window Company Access). Besides determining access rights, the primary position defines the default organization unit for the employee.

An employee can be assigned to more than one position in the same time period. An employee can only be assigned to one primary position at a time.
