Use this window to register information that you would like to have displayed in the Employee/Personal/Info 1 window. This information is free to define and will therefore vary depending of your needs. You can then use it to retrieve data from the system to create, e.g., reports.
Examples: Visa expires, keys, laptops, helmet size, credit card, ethnicity.
The following options are available on the right mouse button menu:
Change Free Field No, this dialog allow the user to relocate the field in the Info1 tab.
Convert to Property, this dialog allow the user to convert a free field into a property code, i.e., to move the field from the Info1 tab to the Info2 tab.
