Use this dialog box to inherit terminals and wires to a design object from its connected design part. In order to do so, a design part with terminals and wires should be connected to the design object.
The property inheritance options are Keep, Update and Replace. Selecting the Keep option for the design object terminals and/or wires will ensure that the design object terminals and/or wires will be retained. Selecting the Update option for design object terminals and/or wires to will ensure that the design object terminals and/or wires will be updated with missing information, if any, from those on the connected design part. Selecting the Replace option for the design object terminals and/or wires will ensure that the design object terminals and/or wires can be replaced with those on the design part.
