Use this tab to enter setup details for how calendars should be exported. A setup must exist for a calendar ID in order to be able to export it to the external planning tool. The setup for a calendar includes entering the base schedule, which is the IFS calendar schedule used to create or update the base work week schedule for this calendar in the external planning tool. This information is particularly important if the IFS calendar has more than one schedule. Also if the IFS calendar has more than one schedule, the secondary schedules will only be applied to the external planning tool calendar during the period defined in the calendar setup.
