Use this dialog box to declare scrap on the produced parts. The scrap is specified for the parent part, and the backflush process is run to consume the components. You specify whether the backflush process is to be run directly or in the background by selecting a value from the Backflush list. You cannot change the parent part, but you can specify an alternative structure.
