Use this dialog box to connect maintenance orders or maintenance tasks to a service quotation. Only maintenance orders which are in the Initial Scope Definition, Under Preparation, Released or Started statuses and not connected to any other quotation are displayed. Also. if the customer type on the quotation is Prospect, no customer should be defined on the maintenance order and if the customer type on the quotation is Normal, the customer on the maintenance order must be the same as the customer on the quotation.
