Purpose: The purpose of these exercises is to approve a project budget/forecast which has been reviewed.

Windows:
Project Forecast Info

Approving Project Budget/Forecast without Approval Routing

1. Open the Project Forecast Info window and query for the project with the budget/forecast version that you created (which is in status Reviewed) and which does not have an approval routing copied to it.
2. Right-click on the header, click Status and then click Approve.

Approving Project Budget/Forecast with Approval Routing

1. Open the Project Forecast Info window and query for the project with the budget/forecast version that you created (which is in status Reviewed) and which has an approval routing copied to it.
2. Right-click on the header, click Status and then click Start Approval.
3. Select the row, right-click, click Status and then click Approve Step.
