Use this tab to register failures and faults that occur during an operation. Faults are usually registered when they are discovered during the maintenance of a vehicle.
You can connect one or more documents to the fault record via Documents in the Attachments. When the fault is deleted the connection to the attached document(s) will also be deleted.
