Use this window to view the results of a resource capacity calculation. The graph can display all periods or a user-selected set of periods for a resource group. For each period, five parameters are shown:
Used normal capacity
Available normal capacity (the remainder of available hours)
Used spare capacity (the excess of available hours used, but when it is below max capacity)
Available spare capacity (the balance of max capacity and used hours)
Overload (this is not the same overload in the table, it is the max capacity exceed value)
The x-axis shows the periods while the y-axis shows the hours. You can select a set of periods in the table and view them by using the menu option View Graph. For all periods, you will then see five bars with different colors.
You can enable and disable the legend in the graph by using the menu option Enable/disable legend when located in the graph but outside the period bars. When clicking directly at a bar, you receive detailed information about that specific period, with a listing of the activities and their contributions to the resource usage.
