Use this dialog tab to receive and handle the material returned from customers on Return Material Authorization lines. The alternatives for handling returns of inventory registered parts are, either to scrap the returned material or to return the material into inventory.
You can also enter returns of non-inventory parts. When all the parts on a return material authorization line with non-inventory parts have been received, the line will be automatically closed. This means that non-inventory parts do not need to be handled.
