View Requisitions

Explanation

Use this function to display Orders per Work Center. This window includes data about the shop orders, DOP orders, and shop order requisitions that will pass through the site-shared work center depicted in the CRP load graph.

Prerequisites

Before you can display Orders per Work Center, the following operations must have been completed in CRP Load per Work Center in All Sites: 

• The window must be populated with data.
• A work center must be selected in the list box.
• A time span must be specified in the To Date and From Date fields.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, Orders per Work Center opens with a display of all shop orders, DOP orders, and shop order requisitions in the Proposed state that are scheduled to be fulfilled in the shared-site work center depicted in the bar graph.

Procedure

1. Populate CRP Load per Work Center in All Sites with data.
2. In the list box, select a work center number.
3. Specify a time span in the To Date and From Date fields.
4. With the cursor in the upper section of the window, click the right mouse button, then select View Requisitions.
5. To view the orders and requisitions to be fulfilled in another shared-site work center or time span, repopulate CRP Load per Work Center in All Sites, specify the new parameters, then click the right mouse button and select View Requisitions.
