View Requisitions

Explanation

Use this function to display Orders per Work Center. This window includes data about the shop orders, DOP orders, and shop order requisitions that will pass through each work center in the production line depicted in the CRP load graph.

Prerequisites

Before you can display Orders per Work Center, the following operations must have been completed in CRP Load per Production Line:

• The window must be populated with data.
• A production line must be selected in the list box.
• A time span must be specified in the From Date and To Date fields.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, Orders per Work Center opens with a display of the shop orders, DOP orders, and shop order requisitions to be fulfilled in each work center in the production line depicted in the bar graph.

Procedure

1. Populate CRP Load per Production Line with data.
2. In the list box, select a production line.
3. Specify a time span in the From Date and To Date fields.
4. With the cursor in the upper section of the window, click the right mouse button, then select View Requisitions.
5. To view the orders and requisitions to be fulfilled in another work cell or time span, repopulate CRP Load per Production Line, specify the new parameters, then click the right mouse button and select View Requisitions.
