Calculate Graph

Explanation

Use this operation to generate a bar graph that depicts daily or weekly work center loads for the selected work center department. By default, the system calculates the daily loads. To display weekly loads, select the Weekly check box. Changing the status of this check box makes the graph update automatically. 

Prerequisites

Before displaying the graph, the following operations must have been completed in CRP Load per Work Center Department:

• The window must be populated with data.
• A department number must be selected in the list box.
• A time span must be specified in the From Date and To Date fields.
• If weekly information is desired, the Weekly check box must be selected.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a two-dimensional bar graph is calculated and displayed.

Procedure

1. Populate CRP Load per Work Center Department with data.
2. In the list box, select a department number.
3. Specify a time span in the From Date and To Date fields.
4. With the cursor in the upper section of the window, click the right mouse button, then select Calculate Graph.
5. If weekly information is desired, select the Weekly check box. This can be done before or after step 3.
6. To calculate the CRP load for another department or time span, repopulate the window and specify the new parameters. The system automatically recalculates the graph.
