View Overview

Explanation

Use this function to display the CRP Workload per Work Centers window. This window contains a table that displays detailed CRP load information for each work center in the department depicted in the CRP load graph. 

Prerequisites

Before you can display CRP Workload per Work Centers, the following operations must have been completed in CRP Load per Work Center Department:

• The window must be populated with data.
• A department number must be selected in the list box.
• A time span must be specified in the From Date and To Date fields.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, CRP Workload per Work Centers opens with a display of the CRP workload to be performed in each work center in the department depicted in the bar graph.

Procedure

1. Populate CRP Load per Work Center Departmentwith data.
2. In the list box, select a department number.
3. Specify a time span in the From Date and To Date fields.
4. With the cursor in the upper section of the window, click the right mouse button, then select View Overview.
5. To display an overview of the CRP workloads for another department or time span, repopulate CRP Load per Work Center Department, specify the new parameters, then click the right mouse button and select View Overview.
