View Requisitions

Explanation

Use this function to display theOrders per Work Center window. This window includes data about the shop orders, DOP orders, and shop order requisitions that will pass through each work center in the department depicted in the CRP load graph.

Prerequisites

Before you can display Orders per Work Center, the following operations must have been completed in CRP Load per Work Center Department:

• The window must be populated with data.
• A department number must be selected in the list box.
• A time span must be specified in the From Date and To Date fields.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, Orders per Work Center opens with a display of the shop orders, DOP orders, and shop order requisitions to be fulfilled in each work center in the department depicted in the bar graph.

Procedure

1. Populate CRP Load per Work Center Department with data.
2. In the list box, select a department number.
3. Specify a time span in the From Date and To Date fields.
4. With the cursor in the upper section of the window, click the right mouse button, then select View Requisitions.
5. To view the orders and requisitions to be fulfilled in another department or time span, repopulate CRP Load per Work Center Department, specify the new parameters, then click the right mouse button and select View Requisitions.
