Evaluate CRP Results using Graphs

Explanation

Use this function to study bar graphs showing workload information for a given period. Graphs exist to show workload by a specific work center, production line, department, and work center irrespective of site. The graphs show where the workload originates. For all graphs, you specify whether you want to view workload per week or per day. Across a graph, you can study either the available capacity or the theoretical capacity. Every load that goes over the capacity line is overload. If a work center, production line or department is overloaded, you can see whether the problem is existing shop orders, DOP orders, shop order requisitions, etc.

Prerequisites

The capacity requirements calculation must have been performed.

Procedure

For the Load per Work Center graph:

  1. Select the work center you wish to study in the Work Center No list. When selecting a work center, you also select the corresponding site.
  2. In the From Date and To Date fields, enter the time interval for which you want to study workload. If you change the dates in these fields, you must reselect the work center in the list.
  3. Choose to view the result per day or per week. If you select the Weekly check box, workload is displayed per week. If you select or clear this check box, the graph changes automatically.
  4. Select a value in the Show Capacity as list to indicate how capacity should be calculated for the graph.

For the Load per Production Line graph:

  1. Select the production line you wish to study in the Production Line list. When selecting a production line, you also select the corresponding site.
  2. In the From Date and To Date fields, enter the time interval for which you want to study workload. If you change the dates in these fields, you must reselect the production line in the list.
  3. Choose to view the result per day or per week. If you select the Weekly check box, workload is displayed per week. If you select or clear this check box, the graph changes automatically.
  4. Select a value in the Show Capacity as list to indicate how capacity should be calculated for the graph.

For the Load per Department graph:

  1. Select the department you wish to study in the Department list. When selecting a department, you also select the corresponding site.
  2. In the From Date and To Date fields, enter the time interval for which you want to study workload. If you change the dates in these fields, you must reselect the department in the list.
  3. Choose to view the result per day or per week. If you select the Weekly check box, workload is displayed per week. If you select or clear this check box, the graph changes automatically.
  4. Select a value in the Show Capacity as list to indicate how capacity should be calculated for the graph.

For the Load per Work Center (irrespective of site) graph:

  1. Select the work center you wish to study in the Work Center No list.
