View PMRP Material Plan Graph

Explanation

Use this activity to generate a bar graph that depicts the supply, demand, and project balance for a given range of date intervals. 

Prerequisites

This activity requires an inventory (PMRP) part, along with a period template. 

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the system generates a two-dimensional bar graph of PMRP data for a user-specified inventory (PMRP) part, including the supply, demand, and projected balance. The graph appears in the lower section of the PMRP Material Plan Graph window.

Recalculate Period Template

Procedure

1. In the PMRP Material Plan Graph window, specify the inventory (PMRP) part number, site, and period template ID.
2. If you want to recalculate the period template with a different begin date, right-click and then click Recalculate Period Template. Enter a new date in the Period 1 Begin Date field, then click OK to recalculate the template.
3. Right-click and then click Show Graph.
4. If you want, change the default period range in the PMRP Graph Parameters dialog box.
5. Click OK to generate the graph.
