PMRP Material Plan Graph

[To Perform PMRP]

Usage

Use this window to generate a graph displaying the following types of non cumulative project material requirements planning  (PMRP) data for a selected inventory (PMRP) part belonging to a site or a project activity. They are: supply, demand, and projected balance. Note that the selected part cannot be a level 0 or level 1 part.

The selections that you make in this window determine how the data will be shown on the graph. When you open the window for the first time, the Site field displays the default user site, and the Period Template field displays the default value of 1.

The time span of the data shown on the graph is based on the begin period number and the end period number of the period template. In the PMRP Graph Parameters dialog box, which opens when you select the Show Graph right mouse button option, the default period begin date is the last recalculation date of the template ID, displayed in the Period Template field. The default period end date is the site date displayed in the Site field. The period numbers associated with these dates are also displayed. You can change these period numbers, if you want. (Enter the period number zero (0) if you want the system to consider past due data when plotting the graph.) You can also change the period template's begin date by choosing the appropriate right mouse button option to recalculate the period template.
