Recalculate Period Template

Explanation

Use this activity to recalculate the period template that is selected in the PMRP Material Plan Graph window. 

Prerequisites

This activity requires an inventory (PMRP) part, along with a period template.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the system recalculates the selected period template's begin date to match the date you have specified in the Recalculate Period Template dialog box.

Procedure

1. In the PMRP Material Plan Graph window, specify the inventory (PMRP) part number, site, and period template ID.
2. Right-click and then click Recalculate Period Template. The Recalculate Period Template dialog box opens with the period template's last recalculation date displayed in the Period 1 Begin Date field.
3. Enter the date that you want to use in place of the default value in the Period 1 Begin Date field.
4. Click OK to recalculate the period template. It will use the date that you entered as the period template's begin date.
