Recalculate Post Maintenance Tasks
Explanation
This activity is used to recalculate the due date for post maintenance check
(PMC) tasks.
Prerequisites
- A modification or a fault must exist and post maintenance checks set up
for it. For more information, refer to the activities
Define Post Maintenance Checks on Modification
and Enable Post
Maintenance Check For Fault.
- The modification or fault must have been completed and the serial must not
have reached the limit that triggers the post maintenance check.
- Post maintenance tasks that are in
a planning state (i.e., in the Planned in Scope, Incomplete or
Under Preparation status) must be connected to a maintenance order that
is not yet released.
System Effects
- The due date of the PMC task can be modified.
- A pending task is created if the due date is within the forewarning limit.
- The recalculation for post maintenance tasks will handle tasks that are included on maintenance orders
not yet released.
