Usage

Use this window to register performance objectives to employees. You can also view and modify the objectives using this window. These objectives will be used for measuring employee's performance and development over a specified period of time.

The window is divided into two parts. The upper part is dedicated to setting objectives which the employee is suppose to accomplish. It is the starting point in the performance appraisal process.

The lower part of the window is dedicated to the employee self-assessment against set objectives and their completion. Here you can evaluate yourself against the objectives set at the beginning of the performance evaluation period.
