Usage

Use this dialog box to change the default values for the period range to be used for generating the detailed Material Plan (MRP) graph.

A note regarding the default period values: When you type a new period number in the Begin Period No field, the Period Begin Date field displays the first date for that period. Likewise, when you type a new period number in the End Period No field, the Period End Date displays the concluding date for that period number. The default value for the beginning period number is based on the period template recalculation date of the template ID specified in the MRP Material Plan Graph window. The default value for the ending period number is based on the site date for the site selected in that window. If the recalculation date falls before the first period number, the period number 0 is used. The period number 0 indicates that the system will consider all past due supply and demand when plotting the graph. If the site date or the recalculation date fall outside the maximum period number, the maximum period number is used. When the dialog box is first opened, the site date and the recalculation date appear in the Period End Date and Period Begin Date fields. If the template start date falls after the current date, then the current date appears in the Period Begin Date and Period End Date fields and the period numbers 0 and 1 are used respectively.
