Use this window to create a new work order or to enter further information on an existing one. Existing work orders may, for instance, be those that are automatically created via calendar-based generation, event-based generation, or criteria-based generation and that have the Work Request status. Existing work orders could also be those that were manually entered and have the Fault Report status as well as work orders with the Under Preparation status.
In addition, you can use this window to start an external repair order, which would be used to send a part to a supplier for maintenance and repair services. For this purpose, use the Requisitions tab.
The window consists of several tabs that are used to view, enter, or change the information for the work order. The tabs will be visible, depending on the modules installed.
