This window is used to give a user HR Application Manager rights, or to give the user access to a specific position in a company without HR Application Manager rights.
A user defined as an HR Application Manager will have access to all the employees in all the companies to which the user has company access. The companies to which a user has access are defined in the Users per Company window. Position access defined within a company does not apply to users with HR Application Manger rights.
HR Application Manger rights for a user can only be defined by other users who already have HR Application Manager rights, i.e. the first HR Application Manager can only be defined by the IFS Application Owner. The IFS Application Owner should not be locked before creating the first HR Application Manager.
