Use this window and its tabs to create or update a maintenance order and to follow up on tasks and operations connected to the maintenance order.
The following table describes the different statuses valid for the maintenance order:
Status | Description |
New | An initial status to represent an available maintenance slot. |
Initial Scope Definition | The status to define the scope of the maintenance order in terms of identifying which tasks should be included on the maintenance order. |
Under Preparation | The status where operations are connected to the tasks and Execution Logic Structure (ELS) structures are created. |
Released | The status where work orders are created. |
Started | The status used to indicate that work has started on the maintenance order. |
Work Done | This status is used to indicate that all connected tasks are in either the Work Done or Finished status. In this status sign offs can be performed. |
Finished | This status is used to indicate that the maintenance order has been signed off and is finished. |
Cancelled | When a maintenance order is cancelled, all connected tasks will be cancelled as well. |
